About the role The first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. The Hostess manages guest reservations through Chope Booking, coordinates table seating, updates table status in Quinos POS, and works closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily reservation schedules and table availability
- Confirm reservations when necessary
- Record guest special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary requirements, or special occasions
- Manage waiting lists during busy periods
- Update reservation status accurately and in real time
- Communicate reservation changes or cancellations to the service team
