Job Description
- Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, providing menus, and escorting them to their tables.
- Handling phone calls, taking reservations and managing the seating chart
- Managing the waitlist during busy periods, providing accurate wait times, and keeping guests informed.
- Ensuring a pleasant dining experience by addressing guest needs, answering questions about the menu, and providing information about the restaurant
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
- Keeping the front-of-house area, including the hostess stand, clean and organized.
