Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent dining experience by welcoming guests, providing attentive service, maintaining a clean dining area, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and guest areas.
- Address guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or other service items when needed.
