Job description for Hostel Operations Manager at Sepeda Hostel
Sepeda Hostek is looking for someone who can help keep our hostel running smoothly while making sure our guests and team have a great experience.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the daily hostel operation.
- Manage and coordinate staff and volunteers.
- Make sure Front Office, Housekeeping, Bar, Maintenance, and Activities are running properly.
- Handle guest issues and help improve guest satisfaction.
- Check that hostel standards, cleanliness, and procedures are maintained.
- Support and train staff and volunteers.
- Help create new ideas and activities to make the hostel more fun and social.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in hostel, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and responsible.
- Comfortable working with international guests and a multicultural team.
- Good English.
- Someone who is not afraid to get involved and help with daily operations when needed.
