Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMA/SMK (beberapa perusahaan meminta D3/S1)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Ramah, berpenampilan rapi, dan memiliki attitude pelayanan yang baik
Mampu menangani tamu/guest dengan profesional
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dasar (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pengelolaan jadwal booking
Mampu bekerja secara multitasking
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, weekend, atau hari libur
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving
Nilai tambah jika bisa berbahasa Inggris
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang hospitality, customer service, hotel, atau guest handling lebih disukai

Tugas Host RBNB biasanya:

Menyambut dan membantu tamu
Mengelola reservasi/check-in/check-out
Membalas chat atau pertanyaan tamu
Menangani keluhan tamu
