Job description for Host Management & Trainer Supervisor at Lunaverse （Indonesia ）
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Incubation: Standardize the recruitment, onboarding, and training of full-time and part-time local Indonesian hosts.
Skills & Performance Training: Provide continuous coaching on product knowledge, selling scripts, and on-camera engagement; eliminate issues such as dry explanations, pacing errors, and inappropriate language.
Discipline & Attendance Control: Manage host shifts, attendance (mandatory 30 minutes early arrival), and visual presentations (mandatory full makeup before going live).
Point & Evaluation System: Execute the company’s strict point-deduction and evaluation framework (6-point warning system), publishing host performance reports bi-weekly.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Host Trainer, Host Manager, or Senior Host in a reputable MCN or TSP in Indonesia.
Extensive knowledge of local Indonesian consumer psychology, particularly in the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Hair Care sectors.
Outstanding communication, empathy, and coaching skills, combined with a firm management style to enforce team discipline.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
