Job description for Host Livestreaming (Host Dance) at SYNMEDIA

SISTEM KERJA:

Terdapat sistem training (dance, makeup & hairdo) sebelum debut ke dalam group dance. Dalam masa training gaji harian sudah dihitung.

Gaji pokok di angka Rp. 6jt~9.5jt

Terdapat sistem bonus jika mencapai target Diamond (bonus kisaran Rp.3.jt~30jtper bulan, di luar gaji pokok)

6 hari kerja dalam satu minggu. Satu hari libur di hari tertentu (tidak pasti weekend, tergantung group dance masing-masing).

Satu hari 9 jam kerja, 3 jam istirahat dan 6 jam live, dibagi menjadi 2-3 sesi, per sesi 2-3 jam dengan sistem 30 menit di awal babak dance (bukan dance vulgar sesuai ketentuan Tiktok), dan 2 jam berikutnya berinteraksi dengan MC dan penonton.

Terdapat fasilitas wardrobe, hair stylist, dan MUA untuk persiapan live.

Tersedia fasilitas mes/apartemen dengan sistem subsidi.
