Job description for Host Livestreaming (Host Dance) at SYNMEDIA
KRITERIA:
- Perempuan
- Non-hijab
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Tinggi minimal 160 cm
- Usia 18-25 tahun
- Tinggal di Jabodetabek
- Pengalaman tidak diutamakan, jadi buat kamu yang baru pertama kali terjun di dunia hiburan, jangan takut untuk mencoba!
SISTEM KERJA:
- Live dance di studio kantor pada hari Senin-Sabtu menggunakan akun agensi (contoh @pinkpunk_001)
- Durasi sehari max 6 jam live, dibagi menjadi 2-3 sesi, per sesi 2-3 jam dengan sistem 30 menit di awal babak dance (tidak terlalu vulgar/full power sesuai ketentuan Tiktok), dan 1,5 jam berikutnya mengobrol dengan MC dan penonton.
- Properti, peralatan, makeup dan wardrobe sudah disediakan.
- Gaji pokok di angka Rp. 6,000,000 per bulan.
- Terdapat sistem bonus jika mencapai target Diamond (bonus kisaran Rp.3.000.000-15.000.000 per bulan di luar gaji pokok)
