Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Membawakan live shopping (±3 jam/sesi) sesuai jadwal
Menyampaikan script, flow, dan promo yang sudah disiapkan tim
Menjelaskan produk secara jelas, persuasif, dan engaging
Mengaktifkan fitur live (pin produk, voucher, flash sale, dll)
Berinteraksi dengan penonton (baca & respon komentar)
Menjaga energi, tempo bicara, dan fokus selama live
Bekerja sama dengan PIC Live untuk evaluasi & improvement

Kualifikasi

Perempuan, usia produktif (Wajib)
Percaya diri bicara di depan kamera (Wajib)
Berpengalaman melakukan Live Streaming (TikTok / Shopee / IG), atau
Berpengalaman membuat konten video, atau
Berpengalaman menjadi MC / SPG / Presenter / Sales yang terbiasa bicara.
Komunikatif, artikulasi jelas dan tidak kaku.
Looks Camera-Friendly (rapi & enak dilihat di kamera).
Mau mengikuti script & arahan.
Siap kerja di jam sore–malam.
Komitmen & disiplin (Jadwal live krusial).

Gaji & Benefit

Gaji pokok: Rp4.5jt – 5jt++ / bulan.
Bonus performa bulanan (berbasis kualitas & improvement live).

Ketentuan:

Hari kerja: Senin – Minggu (Shift)
Libur: 1 hari per minggu (weekday)
Jam kerja: ±17.00 – 01.00
Durasi live: ±3 jam / sesi
Maksimal sesi: 1–2 sesi per hari
Kandidat wajib siap bekerja di akhir pekan (Sabtu & Minggu) dan hari-hari peak (tanggal kembar, campaign besar, atau hari libur nasional).

As time passess, there are several request from workshop participants that demand us to open another services such as consultant. Therefore based on that demand we expand our business into two new business that are PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis.

Both of them running as consultant services, PAKAR Jasa focus on digital marketing service. We provide service on facebook ads, google ads, tiktok ads, marketplace, seo, etc. While PAKAR Bisnis focus on accounting and finance.
