Qualifications – Host Livestreaming

- Requirements

* Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (Diploma/Bachelor menjadi nilai tambah).

* Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Livestream Host, Sales Promoter, Content Creator, MC, atau bidang serupa minimal 6 bulan–1 tahun (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman organisasi/konten dipertimbangkan).

* Percaya diri tampil di depan kamera dan memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik.

* Komunikatif, ekspresif, cepat beradaptasi dengan berbagai karakter brand.

* Memahami dasar selling technique dan customer engagement.

* Bersedia bekerja dengan jadwal fleksibel termasuk malam, weekend, atau campaign period.

* Memiliki kemampuan improvisasi dan problem solving saat live berlangsung.

* Familiar menggunakan platform TikTok LIVE, Shopee Live, atau platform sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.

* Memiliki ketertarikan pada industri fashion, FMCG, sports, dan consumer brands menjadi nilai tambah.

* Mampu bekerja dengan target dan menerima feedback secara profesional.
