Job description for Host Live at Herbacore Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support on online platform sales (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok)
- Being a regular host live on our marketplace/social media platform (TikTok/Shopee)
- Follow up progress sales to customers
- Input and process customer orders
- General Administration
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales experience
- Having experience as a live streamer (Shopee/TikTok) is a plus
- Knowledge of general and sales administration
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Good communication & persuasion skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prefer Women <28 years old
- Work location in West Surabaya, East Java
