Job description for Host Live Streaming at Bocorocco Shoes

PT Chosen Mitra Abadi is a manufacturing fashion retail company produces Bocorocco as fashion brand that offers footwear revolution. Bocorocco has more than 70 counters throughout Indonesia with 7 Luxury Boutiques in Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera, Grand Outlet Karawang, Puri Indah Mall 2, Bintaro Jaya XChange Mall, Hejo Mall Bandung. Now, Bocorocco is Official Footwear Partner of Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and Indonesian National Football Team.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Berpengalaman min. 1 tahun menjadi Host Live Streaming.
Lebih diutamakan terbiasa dan memiliki pemahaman luas di industri Fashion Sepatu serta kebutuhan market Bocorocco.
Menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office dan email management
Mampu menjelaskan product knowledge dengan teknik storytelling dan soft selling yang baik.
Memiliki daya juang yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja dengan target
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift sesuai jadwal perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab:

Membawakan sesi live shopping secara profesional untuk meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan.
Menyampaikan informasi produk secara jelas, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada konversi.
Mengelola interaksi audiens selama live, termasuk menjawab pertanyaan dan mendorong keputusan pembelian.
Menerapkan teknik penjualan yang terstruktur untuk mencapai target GMV.
Menangani keberatan terkait harga dan kebutuhan produk dengan komunikasi yang meyakinkan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim e-commerce untuk memastikan keselarasan konten dan campaign.
Menjaga penampilan, komunikasi, dan sikap sesuai citra brand selama live.
Memberikan evaluasi singkat pasca live untuk perbaikan performa ke depannya.
