Job description for Host Live Streaming at PT Saka Digital Indonesia
Key Responsibility:
- Oversee the entire live-streaming process, from initial planning to execution and post-stream activities
- Address customer inquiries and provide support by promptly answering questions based on product knowledges
- Strategically organize and schedule regular live streaming sessions, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare performance recaps following live stream events, aiding in the analysis of sales metrics
- a proficient understanding of the OBS system (Open Broadcaster Software) to enhance and optimize live stream quality.
Qualifications
- Understand skincare, hair care, and fragrance products extensively.
- Demonstrate clear communication skills with confidence.
- Present an attractive and engaging persona, especially on camera.
- Strive to achieve specific sales and brand goals.
- Flexible to work 40 hours per week and adjust schedules to meet targets.
