Key Responsibilities:
Live Streaming Hosting:
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee, showcasing Lauskin Beauty products, promotions, and brand stories.
- Engage with viewers during live streams, answering questions, and providing detailed product demonstrations.
- Maintain a lively and positive atmosphere during live streams to encourage viewer interaction and increase sales.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong connection with the audience, fostering a loyal community around Lauskin Beauty’s brand.
- Monitor viewer comments and feedback during live streams, addressing them in real-time to enhance the viewer experience.
- Encourage viewers to participate in promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers available during live sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Host Live Streaming on platforms like TikTok or Shopee.
- Attractive and presentable appearance, with strong on-camera presence and charisma.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a live audience in a dynamic and interactive manner.
- Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to live situations quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in the beauty industry or a strong passion for beauty and skincare.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and sales through live streaming.
- Ability to handle multiple live sessions in a fast-paced environment.
