HOST LIVE STREAMING (DAILY WORKER)

Penempatan: Sanga Sanga Jakarta

Kualifikasi

Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, dan percaya diri di depan kamera.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan public speaking yang baik.

Berpengalaman sebagai Host Live Streaming minimal 1th.

Memiliki kemampuan menjual (selling skill) dan mampu membangun interaksi dengan audiens selama live.

Aktif mengikuti tren media sosial, khususnya TikTok dan Instagram.

Mampu bekerja dengan target penjualan dan target performa live.

Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, komunikatif, serta mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Daily Worker (DW).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Menjadi host live streaming untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk Sanga Sanga.

Menjelaskan manfaat, keunggulan, dan cara penggunaan produk kepada audiens.

Membangun interaksi yang aktif dengan penonton untuk meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan.

Mencapai target penjualan dan KPI yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim Content, Marketplace, dan Marketing terkait kebutuhan live.

Menjaga penampilan, sikap profesional, serta kualitas penyampaian selama live berlangsung.

Ketentuan Kerja

Status: Daily Worker (DW).

Jam kerja: Maksimal 40 jam per minggu.

Hari libur: 1 (satu) hari dalam satu minggu.

Jadwal kerja dan jadwal live ditentukan oleh perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.

Bersedia bekerja pada akhir pekan, hari libur nasional, atau shift apabila dibutuhkan operasional perusahaan.
