PT Bebica Inovasi Estetika membuka kesempatan bagi talenta muda yang komunikatif, percaya diri, dan menyukai dunia kecantikan untuk bergabung sebagai Host Live Streaming (Part-Time)

Tanggung Jawab :

Memandu sesi siaran langsung (live streaming);
Menjelaskan manfaat, kandungan (ingredients), dan cara pemakaian produk secara persuasif;
Membangun interaksi aktif dengan audiens serta menjawab pertanyaan seputar masalah kulit dan produk;
Mendorong konversi penjualan dan pemanfaatan promo atau voucher belanja saat sesi berlangsung.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pria/Wanita yang tertarik dalam bidang beauty

2. Memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang bagus & percaya diri didepan kamera

3. Good looking, kreatif, dan inisiatif

4. Memiliki pengalaman menjadi Host Live Streaming/review produk di marketplace

5. Dapat bekerja dalam sistem shift.

Shift yang tersedia saat ini adalah :

Shift Siang : Pkl 11.00 - 15.00

Shift Malam : Pkl 17.00 - 21.00

Benefit & Skema Kerja

Sistem Kerja : Part-time / Paruh waktu sesuai jadwal shift
Kompensasi : Gaji pokok perbulan serta komisi berbasis performa penjualan (sales target).
Peluang Menjadi Karyawan (Full-Time): Talent dengan performa konsisten dan pencapaian target yang baik berpeluang besar diangkat menjadi Full-Time Live Host atau In-House Beauty Creator.
