WE ARE HIRING HOST LIVE STREAM!

Tanggung Jawab

Menjadi Host Live Streaming di platform seperti TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, dan marketplace lainnya.
Melakukan sesi live dengan durasi normal 6 jam per hari.
Pada periode campaign (Payday, Tanggal Kembar, Harbolnas, Flash Sale, dll.), bersedia mengikuti penyesuaian jam live sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Membuat minimal 3 konten video setiap hari untuk mendukung aktivitas promosi.
Mempersiapkan dan melakukan setting studio/live streaming secara mandiri sebelum live dimulai.
Mempelajari produk dan menyampaikan informasi produk dengan menarik kepada audiens.
Berinteraksi secara aktif dengan penonton untuk meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing untuk meningkatkan performa live dan konten.

Kualifikasi

Percaya diri dan komunikatif di depan kamera.
Mampu melakukan setting studio/live streaming secara mandiri (lighting, kamera, microphone, OBS atau aplikasi live menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi dan cepat mempelajari hal-hal baru.
Mampu membuat konten video untuk media sosial.
Memahami dasar-dasar pembuatan konten (shooting, storytelling, atau editing sederhana).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, improvisasi, dan public speaking yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
Bersedia bekerja dengan jadwal yang fleksibel mengikuti campaign e-commerce.
