Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer
Memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi
Memiliki dedikasi dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan serta pantang menyerah

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Menyusun rencana acara, termasuk topik, tamu, dan jadwal.
Mengelola peralatan teknis dan memastikan koneksi internet stabil sebelum siaran.
Memfasilitasi diskusi, menjawab pertanyaan penonton, dan menjaga suasana tetap interaktif.
Mempromosikan konten dan mendengarkan umpan balik dari penonton selama dan setelah siaran.
