Job Summary
Responsible for hosting e-commerce livestream sessions on TikTok Shop & Shopee Live. Owns the on-camera sales execution presenting products, driving real-time engagement and conversion, and representing the brand's voice during live broadcasts. Works closely with the Affiliate/KOL and Content teams to keep messaging aligned, and must operate strictly within BPOM compliance guidelines since the product category sold is a registered cosmetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop & Shopee Live per the scheduled shift (consistent, regular airtime)
- Present products persuasively and accurately, tailoring the pitch to real-time audience reactions
- Actively engage with viewer comments/questions in real time to drive interactivity and conversion
- Execute closing/checkout calls-to-action and cross-sell/upsell techniques during live sessions
- Strictly comply with BPOM regulations no disease or cure claims; framing must stay lifestyle/emotion-based
- Coordinate with the Ecommerce/Ads team on promo mechanics, stock, and pricing before each session
- Set up and run the livestream using OBS Studio independently (scenes, overlays, transitions, audio mixing), and troubleshoot technical issues on the fly during broadcast
- Maintain a live session log/report (viewer count, GMV per hour, frequently asked questions) for team review
Qualifications
- MUST already be proficient using OBS Studio independently (scene setup, overlays, transitions, audio mixing, self-troubleshooting technical issues) no training from scratch needed
- PROVEN track record of driving actual sales/GMV from past live sessions able to share real performance data/numbers, not just testimonials or claims
- Experience hosting live sessions on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live (or equivalent live-selling/presenting experience)
- Confident and comfortable on camera, able to talk at length without relying on a rigid script
- Strong product-pitching and closing skills, able to handle real-time audience questions
- Willing to work shift hours including evenings/weekends (peak live-selling hours)
- Understands, or is willing to be trained on, BPOM-safe communication for health/cosmetic products
- Based in/around Jakarta, able to work on-site (live studio)
Nice to Have
- Experience with health/wellness, beauty, or body care brand live sessions
- Existing personal following/audience on TikTok or Shopee
- Familiar with TikTok Shop / Shopee Live back-end features (promo tools, GMV Max Live, etc.)
