WE’RE HIRING! – Host & Content Creator

We’re looking for a Host & Content Creator who’s confident in front of the camera, creative with daily content, and ready to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish videos on TikTok & Instagram.

• Produce fun and engaging daily stories (behind the scenes, promos, polls, etc).

• Host live streaming sessions everyday for 6 hours.

• Update the Editorial Plan (EP) and propose new monthly content ideas.

• Join daily briefings, submit end-of-day (EOD) reports, and prepare monthly reports.

• Take good care of company equipment and digital assets.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, 19–27 years old.

• Confident to appear on camera.

• Fast in creating content and up to date with TikTok/IG Reels trends.

• Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva).

• Disciplined, communicative, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with a “finish first, evaluate later” mindset.

• Hosting or live-streaming experience is a plus (not mandatory).
