Job description for Host Live & Affiliate at Rasa Group

*Responsibilities*

  • Conduct and Host livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live to promote DRiPP & MultiBev
  • Introduce the taste, aroma, and benefits using the products.
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and guide customers to place orders.
  • Support sales conversion through product explanation, promotion reminders, bundles, gifts, and limited-time offers.
  • Work with the e-commerce and marketing team on livestream scripts, product training, campaign mechanics, and post-live review.
  • Support short video/content shooting when needed.
  • Develop, Approaching, and Maintaining Affiliate.
  • Working Day/Hour: Mon - Fri/8.30 - 17.30
  • Working Location: Rasa Group Marketplace - Tomang, West Jakarta

*Requirements*

  • Experience as a livestream host, preferably on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good camera presence, outgoing personality, and strong interaction skills.
  • Passionate about F&B Industry, especially beverages
  • Able to do product descriptions; taste, sweetness, aroma
  • Sales-oriented and able to guide viewers toward purchase.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods
