Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions in an engaging, interactive, and professional manner.
- Present and promote products by explaining their features, benefits, pricing, and unique selling points.
- Interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging audience participation.
- Drive sales by delivering persuasive product presentations and encouraging viewers to make purchases.
- Understand product knowledge and follow the live streaming brief and campaign guidelines.
- Maintain an energetic atmosphere and represent the brand positively throughout each live session.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate live streaming performance, including viewership, engagement, and sales results.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude on camera.
- Participate in product training, rehearsals, and performance evaluations when required.
Requirements
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Energetic, expressive, creative, and presentable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence audiences.
- Basic sales and persuasion skills.
- Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live streaming platforms.
- Able to work with sales targets and performance-based objectives.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including shifts, evenings, or weekends when required.
- Previous experience as a live streaming host, presenter, or content creator is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
