HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS LEAD
Bali Based
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
You’ll oversee daily operations across Mawi Collective’s stays, properties, and cafes — making sure every space is clean, safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Regularly inspect all properties & outlets
* Coordinate guest check-in, check-out & room readiness
* Lead housekeeping & cleaning teams
* Maintain cleanliness standards across rooms, cafés, common areas & back-of-house
* Monitor equipment, facilities & preventive maintenance
* Coordinate and follow up repairs with maintenance teams/vendors
* Ensure safety, security, SOPs & operational checklists are followed
* Conduct photo-based inspections & operational reports
* Train teams and maintain consistent hospitality standards
* Support new property/outlet openings & handovers
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Detail-oriented • Hands-on • Organized • Responsible • Problem solver • Hospitality-minded
Min 2 years Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, housekeeping, property management, F&B, or facilities management is preferred.
