KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan minimal SMP/SMA sederajat.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai helper tukang, pekerja bangunan, atau pekerjaan sejenis.
Bersedia sebagai Pekerja Harian Lepas (PHL).
Memahami dasar-dasar pekerjaan konstruksi dan penggunaan alat kerja sederhana menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu membantu tukang dalam menyiapkan material, alat kerja, dan kebutuhan pekerjaan.
Mampu melakukan pekerjaan seperti mengangkut material, mencampur semen, membersihkan area kerja, bongkar-pasang sederhana, dan pekerjaan lainnya sesuai arahan.
Sehat jasmani, kuat melakukan pekerjaan fisik, dan mampu bekerja di lapangan.
Rajin, disiplin, cekatan, dan memiliki kemauan belajar
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tukang dan tim.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan dan menjaga alat serta material yang digunakan.
Bersedia bekerja sesuai jam kerja dan kebutuhan operasional proyek.
Memiliki sikap kerja yang baik, sopan, dan mengikuti instruksi atasan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Membantu tukang dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan harian.
Menyiapkan dan mengangkut material serta peralatan kerja.
Membantu proses pekerjaan sesuai arahan tukang/mandor.
Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja.
Membantu merawat dan menyimpan peralatan kerja setelah digunakan.
Melaporkan kebutuhan material atau kendala pekerjaan kepada atasan.
