Job description for Helper Produksi at PT Buana Triarta

Job Descriptions:
* Membantu proses produksi sesuai instruksi atasan dan standar kerja perusahaan

* Menyiapkan bahan baku, alat kerja, dan kebutuhan produksi lainnya

* Membantu proses pemotongan, perakitan, finishing, dan packing produk kayu

* Memastikan area kerja tetap rapi, bersih, dan aman

* Membantu pemindahan material atau produk menggunakan alat bantu kerja

* Melakukan pengecekan sederhana terhadap hasil produksi

* Mendukung target produksi harian agar tercapai tepat waktu

* Mematuhi prosedur K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) selama bekerja

Kualifikasi:

* Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat

* Memiliki pengalaman di bidang produksi/manufaktur kayu menjadi nilai tambah

* Bersedia bekerja lembur apabila dibutuhkan

* Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu

* Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki semangat kerja yang baik

* Memiliki kondisi fisik yang sehat dan kuat untuk pekerjaan lapangan

* Bersedia ditempatkan di area produksi/manufaktur kayu

* Memahami penggunaan alat kerja dasar menjadi nilai tambah
