- Pendidikan: Minimal lulusan SMA, SMK, atau sederajat.
- Kondisi Fisik: Sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta memiliki stamina yang kuat untuk mengangkat dan memindahkan beban berat.
- Usia: Umumnya berada di rentang usia 18 hingga maksimal 30 tahun.

- Teliti dalam mengecek kondisi dan jumlah barang
