PT Advanced Offshore Services, operating in the offshore energy and oil & gas sector, is looking for a motivated and qualified HSE Officer to join our team.
Placement: Batam, Kepulauan Riau
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and support risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, regulations, and company standards.
• Support incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure safe working practices.
• Coordinate HSE activities with operations and project teams.
Requirements
• Male Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Min. 30 Years old
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, G Drive)
• Hold a valid AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification.
• Knowledge of HSE reporting and risk assessment.
• Familiar with rigging and lifting safety procedures.
• Certified or trained in Basic First Aid and Fire Fighting.
• Knowledge of incident investigation procedures.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Previous experience in HSE, preferably in the offshore or oil & gas industry, is an advantage.
• Prefer Non Smoker
