- Responsibilities of all metrics aspect of the marketing team;
- Achieve user growth by developing and implementing strong marketing strategies, availing opportunities, and robust operational processes;
- Build Brand awareness and engagement by partnering with Brand team to develop and execute hyper-localized Brand engagement and activation programs/campaigns;
- Achieve maximized returns on investments by continually test, monitor and optimize channel / campaign performance for improved conversions and ROI;
- Drive maximized operational efficiency by analysis process, capacity and capability bottlenecks, proposing and implementing solutions;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Retail
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing and performance tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Creative, communicative, and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in digital platforms and social media trends
