We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented HEAD SALES who is capable of developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets, strengthen sales performance, and generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Create marketing materials, programs, and strategies to support the sales team’s activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the sales team’s performance to ensure the achievement of business targets.
- Understand and monitor the individual targets, performance, and development needs of each sales team member.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional, and cooperative relationships with business partners.
- Conduct market research and provide the sales team with relevant market and competitive intelligence.
- Identify target markets, potential customers, and new business opportunities through effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion.
- Monitor and measure marketing performance through relevant KPIs, metrics, and deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, and sales performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field, preferably in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing strategies, market dynamics, and business development.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and sales performance evaluation.
- Experienced in planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating sales and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and highly committed to achieving business results.
