Job description for Head Production at PT. JAWARA ABADI SENTOSA
Job Descriptions :
- Develop and implement production methods and optimize equipment to increase productivity.
- Organize, supervise and ensure all processes run according to predetermined plans and targets.
- Responsible for the arrangement and manning guide of Kitchen department
- Sets price and implements according to budget in all Products
- Ensures that all expenses: food cost, labour cost and other expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
- Coordinate with Purchasing and other related department for goods supply
- Evaluate percentation of store waste product for production system needs
- Working with QA/QC department to determine standard of acceptance and storage of raw materials
- Responsible for the arrangement and manning guide of Kitchen department
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Food Costing, Good Communication, Leadership, Problem-Solving Skill
