Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the Pastry & Bakery team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

Product Development

  • Develop innovative pastries, breads, cakes, desserts, and seasonal menu offerings.
  • Tandardize recipes, preparation methods, and product presentation.
  • Stay updated with market trends and introduce new concepts to enhance competitiveness.

Operations Management

  • Manage daily pastry and bakery production to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure products meet company standards for taste, quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Plan production based on sales forecasts and operational requirements.

Cost & Inventory Control

  • Monitor food cost and production efficiency.
  • Reduce waste through effective inventory and production planning.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure ingredient quality and availability.

Food Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Conduct routine quality audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, and Management to support new product launches and business initiatives.
  • Participate in outlet openings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
