Head Partnership & Community

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and scale affiliate and partnership programs across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
2. Develop and manage creator and influencer partnerships for both awareness and conversion.
3. Design customer lifecycle and retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and LTV.
4. Build and activate Holycat’s community to drive loyalty, advocacy, and referrals.
5. Track performance, run growth experiments and continuously optimize results.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in community, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, or CRM roles.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce and creator-driven growth (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
3. Data-driven, structured thinker with strong execution ability.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
5. High ownership, comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
