About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Director to lead the development and operation of a new international school in Bali.
- The successful candidate will oversee the school's strategic direction, operational performance, academic standards, staff development, and relationships with parents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school's strategic planning, development, and daily operations.
- Establish school policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development of staff.
- Work closely with academic leaders to maintain high educational standards.
- Develop and manage the school's annual budget and operational resources.
- Build positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Support student recruitment, retention, and the school's long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian education regulations and child safeguarding requirements.
- Monitor school performance and report key results to the owners or governing board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in school leadership or senior educational management.
- Experience in an international, bilingual, or multicultural school environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, teams, and strategic projects.
- Knowledge of school safeguarding, educational standards, and regulatory compliance.
