Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a chat-based/online sales team (WhatsApp, web sales)
- Experienced in managing the sales funnel using data (leads, closing rate, response speed, and forecasts) and making daily decisions based on those numbers
- Proven experience building long-term B2B partnerships with companies, clinics/healthcare facilities, or communities; please include examples of partnerships you have closed and their value
- Preferably from a service industry with female/family customers: healthcare, beauty, or mother and baby care
- Budget discipline: proven track record of managing promotion and discount budgets within set limits without sacrificing margin
- Fluent with CRM and sales chatbot technology
