Job description for Head of Sales at PT. Santara Inovasi Pangan
• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in the food manufacturing sector. This role is critical in developing strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales strategy and targets across all channels.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, R&D, and Production teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels and networks in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Willingness to travel as required.
