Job description for HEAD OF SALES MICE TRAVEL at PT Bravo Persada Nusantara (Bravo Wisata)

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 year experience in related field of travel industry.

• Good understanding of Inbound Travel Agency.

• Advanced time management skills Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Experience using Tour Plan is added advantage to manage the sales process and forecast sales

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives Planning, organization and problem-solving skills

Job Description :

• Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) business

• Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas (manage emails related to MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed).

• Assess the requirements and the competition for each group lead before sending a proposal to the client.

• Manage client's incentive trips, meeting, event and group travel requirements

• Coordinate and manage extensive travel logistics, accommodation, transfers and ancillary services

• Coordinate and negotiate budgets and source appropriate venues/destinations specific to the client's needs

• Working with airlines, hotels, tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries

• Coordinate both with business partners Agents overseas and suppliers on booking arrangement and quotation

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

• Recruiting and letting go of sales representatives

• Analyzing the real-time and past data to improve performance levels

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service

• Ability to think out of the box in creating and presenting new ideas and proposals
