Job description for Vice President of Sale Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh at Vui App
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Build the sales plan: prepares forecasts and KPI reporting to BOD for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Source and acquire clients
- Lead all aspects of deal execution from: identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing
- Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partner success and support
- Communicate and report to leadership the forecast of pipeline, business impact, and on-going feedback from employer partners
- Educate employer partners on the Nano value proposition through presentations, webinar and demos.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Have background in B2B2C: Tech (HRM/ ERM, e-wallet) company, Bank, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). Large crops are more preferred.
- Experienced over 5 years managing a sale team and good achievements in direct sales
- Have relationships with C-level in some business in Manufacturing, Textile, Electric, Shoes, Retail.
- Possess some essential skills such as: Strategic mindset, good in finance, risk management, good communication with internal/ external, skill to open, negotiate, and close deals, good budget controlling.
- Possess extensive knowledge of business in HCM, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An and knowledge of marketing (especially in offline)
- Can go business other provinces usually
