Job description for Head of Sales (Based in Medan) at Topremit
Sales play an essential role in establishing consumer loyalty and trust. There is no shortcut when it comes to earning customer trust. It takes trials, time and effort. What You Need to Have:
- Willing to stay in Medan.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferably from the banking, fintech, hotel & travel management, or export-import industries.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English; other languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of sales tools and technology, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics software.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
What You’ll Contribute On:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including both short-term targets and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and track sales KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies proactively.
- Provide regular reports and insights to upper management, offering data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
