Job description for Head of Sales & Marketing at Chapter 24 Studio
Chapter 24 Studio is a photography studio based in Surabaya, committed to delivering a high-quality photography experience. With a focus on client needs and a personal approach, we offer a creative space suited to many kinds of photo sessions. We are looking for someone with the vision and drive to grow with us as we expand our reach and strengthen the studio's image.
Responsibilities
1. Measurement and sales process
2. Positioning and customer research
3. Campaign calendar
4. Paid ads on Meta and TikTok
5. Improve utilization rate and revenue per booking
6. Content team management
7. Trend-based campaigns and other work the studio needs from time to time.
Requirements
• 4 or more years in sales and marketing, ideally in photography, weddings, events, beauty or other consumer services
• Has run Meta Ads with a real budget and can explain results such as cost per enquiry and conversion rate
• Has built a campaign calendar and a monthly performance report
• Experience selling or following up enquiries through WhatsApp
• Has led or coached a small team of junior staff
NICE TO HAVE:
• Tiktok Ads experience
• B2B selling experience for Product and Corporate Photography
• Experience with a simple CRM or booking-data analysis
• Photography or creative background, or a wedding-industry network in Surabaya
