Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai Head of R&D, Anda akan bertanggung jawab memimpin riset dan pengembangan varietas/produk tanaman pangan & hortikultura, merancang serta mengevaluasi trial lapangan, menganalisis data hasil penelitian secara statistik, serta berkolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk memastikan inovasi produk sejalan dengan kebutuhan pasar dan standar kualitas perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

✅ Pendidikan S1 Agronomi / Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman / Ilmu Tanah

✅ Pengalaman kerja di perusahaan Tanaman Pangan / Hortikultura

✅ Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai R&D di perusahaan Multicorp (Tanaman Pangan & Hortikultura)

✅ Mahir berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan & tulisan)

✅ Menguasai pengolahan data statistik (SPSS, SAS)

✅ Memiliki SIM A dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas

✅ Mampu bekerja dalam tim, komunikatif, dan memiliki jiwa kepemi
