Head of Partnership
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the partnership team to ensure efficient partner engagement, proposal development, and account management.
- Mentor and manage partnership team and ensure KPIs are met across the team.
- Identify and develop corporate prospects for collaboration and, CSR
- partnerships.
- Secure funding through CSR allocations, employee giving programs, matching gifts, and in-kind colaboration.
- Craft tailored proposals and presentations that align organizational programs with corporate CSR priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and corporate partners.
- Nurture long-term, strategic relationships with corporate donors and partners.
- Ensure high-quality stewardship, regular communication, and impact reporting to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, programs, finance) to develop co-branded campaigns or CSR activations.
- Organize and manage events or partnership launches involving corporate partners.
- Track and analyze corporate partnership performance and generate insights for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, proposals, and funding agreements using CRM software.
- Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with supporters requirements, contract terms, and financial regulations.
Requirement
- Male
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnership management, or business development—preferably in an NGO or social enterprise.
- Strong, proven network with corporate entities, business associations, and/or community organizations.
- Demonstrated success in securing large-scale CSR funding and building sustainable partnerships.
- Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships or CSR funding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of partnership trends and corporate giving models.
- Ability to think strategically, build networks, and manage multiple stakeholder interests.
- Proficiency in tools for partnership (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about social impact, development work, or nonprofit fundraising.
