Job description for Head of Operations at Go-Mandor

Kualifikasi Utama (Hard Skills) :

- Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Manajemen Konstruksi.

- Pengalaman: Minimal 10-15 tahun di industri konstruksi, dengan 5-10 tahun di posisi manajerial.

- Sertifikasi: Memiliki sertifikasi keahlian konstruksi (SKA/SKK) tingkat Madya/Utama dan sertifikasi K3 Konstruksi.

- Manajemen Proyek: Menguasai metodologi manajemen proyek (seperti PMP atau Agile Construction).

- Legalitas & Regulasi: Memahami hukum konstruksi, perizinan (PBG/SLF), dan regulasi pemerintah setempat.

- Estimasi Biaya: Mahir dalam pengendalian anggaran (cost control) dan analisis profitabilitas proyek.

- Teknologi: Menguasai perangkat lunak manajemen konstruksi (seperti Primavera P6, MS Project, atau BIM).

Kemampuan Kepemimpinan (Soft Skills) :

- Manajemen Krisis: Mampu mengambil keputusan cepat saat terjadi kendala di lapangan.

- Negosiasi: Ahli dalam mengelola hubungan dan kontrak dengan vendor, subkontraktor, serta klien.

- Kepemimpinan: Mampu memimpin tim lintas fungsi, mulai dari pekerja lapangan hingga manajer proyek.

- Komunikasi: Terampil mempresentasikan laporan performa operasional kepada jajaran direksi (C-Level).

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

- Mengawasi timeline pelaksanaan seluruh proyek berjalan agar selesai tepat waktu.

- Mengoptimalkan alokasi material, dan tenaga kerja di semua situs proyek.

- Menjamin implementasi standar keselamatan kerja (HSE) untuk mencapai target zero accident.
