About responsibilities:
- You care deeply about handcrafting high quality experiences. Obsess over the details with an analytics and data driven perspective.
- Your focus will be on safeguarding the operations (supply from manufacturers) and the customer experience (orders from retailers). This means analysis, mapping, re-design and execution.
- In charge of guaranteeing operations. We shifted the critical performance criteria from internal financial-performance metrics to externally relevant customer-benefit metrics. We have social metrics into the core of the business — not just operational excellence but a motivation to take a problem solver lens rather than purely improving internal efficiencies.
- Your world will be incredibly diverse in leading the front of this journey: you take part in strategic thinking and decompose problems, manage utilization, proactively manage on-boarding of partners, ensure satisfaction and feed the engineering team from customer feedback.
- This is energizing opportunity to join us building something special. Be the person in charge of operation projects from A to Z. Directly manage a (growing) operations team and provide them with clarity, structure and support.
