About responsibilities:
You care deeply about handcrafting high quality experiences. Obsess over the details with an analytics and data driven perspective.
Your focus will be on safeguarding the operations (supply from manufacturers) and the customer experience (orders from retailers). This means analysis, mapping, re-design and execution.
In charge of guaranteeing operations. We shifted the critical performance criteria from internal financial-performance metrics to externally relevant customer-benefit metrics. We have social metrics into the core of the business — not just operational excellence but a motivation to take a problem solver lens rather than purely improving internal efficiencies.
Your world will be incredibly diverse in leading the front of this journey: you take part in strategic thinking and decompose problems, manage utilization, proactively manage on-boarding of partners, ensure satisfaction and feed the engineering team from customer feedback.
This is energizing opportunity to join us building something special. Be the person in charge of operation projects from A to Z. Directly manage a (growing) operations team and provide them with clarity, structure and support.

About you:
