Job description for Head of National Talent Development at PT Digital Gasing Edukasi

Job Description

You will lead an advanced talent development program for highly capable students preparing for academic competitions, Olympiads, and national/international STEM challenges. The role demands discipline, fast decision-making, and a mindset that prioritizes learning outcomes over activities while working closely with trainers, partners, and sponsors. You will play a central role in shaping the program’s evolution into a future academy-level learning model.

Qualifications

1. Minimum degree in Education, Management, STEM, or a related discipline.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, english proficiency at a minimum working level.

3. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.

4. Ability to stay calm under pressure and experience working with multiple stakeholders such as government agencies, foundations, or partners is preferred.

5. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build and grow new education initiatives.

Responsibility

1. Plan and execute the overall program schedule, academic milestones, and competition preparation roadmap to ensure Olympiad-level standards of execution and student outcomes.

2. Build and maintain partnerships with education departments, trainers, parents, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain partnerships with government institutions, sponsors, and strategic collaborators.

3. Oversee academic progress, student development, and residential learning in coordination with trainers and support staff.

4. Manage logistics, budgeting, documentation, and be willing to travel for training sessions or competitions.

5. Identify risks early, solve operational issues quickly, recommend academic interventions, and keep the program aligned with target competition outcomes.

6. Drive the transformation of the program into a future academy-level model.
