Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the clinic’s marketing function—leading the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of all marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategies while leading a dynamic team and ensuring end-to-end execution that delivers results.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong executional capabilities—someone who’s not afraid to get into the weeds and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies that align with the clinic’s growth objectives
Lead the full end-to-end marketing process: from planning and strategy to execution, analysis, and optimization
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM, content marketing, and social media
Manage relationships and campaigns involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key partners
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels and touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and client services
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth
Monitor key marketing metrics and report performance against KPIs to leadership
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a marketing leadership role, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects
Strong expertise in digital marketing and omni-channel campaign execution
Experience working with KOLs/influencer marketing in the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being highly hands-on in day-to-day execution
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
