SADA HYBRID BEAUTY is looking for a Head of Marketing & E-Commerce with the following requirements :
Jobdesc :
- Lead end-to-end marketing communication and e-commerce initiatives for SADA Hybrid Beauty.
- Manage and evaluate sales and marketing strategies to increase sales through online and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct sales data analysis, market trends, and competitor reviews to develop effective business plans.
- Develop marketing strategies to optimize digital promotion efforts (social media, marketplaces, website).
- Build and execute integrated communication strategies across PR, Digital, Social Media, Branding Community, and KOL.
- Oversee daily operations across all platforms to monitor sales growth.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns on various e-commerce platforms.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, E-Commerce (beauty/FMCG preferred)
- Passionate about the beauty industry & current trends.
- Strong communication, creativity, negotiation, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis
- Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills for internal and external communications.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and writing;
- Willing to work full-time from the office on Pakubuwono, South Jakarta.
