Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee all maintenance operations across our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and building facilities through strategic planning, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, optimize equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and continuously improve:
All maintenance activities covering Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, and Building Maintenance.
Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure production continuity.
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, implementing long-term corrective actions.
Maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor/vendor management.
Maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost performance.
Compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, safety regulations, and company standards.
Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational reliability.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to build technical capability and leadership.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Demonstrates strong knowledge of:
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Electrical Maintenance
- Building & Facilities Maintenance
- Utilities Managements
- Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies
4. Has proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
5. Is experienced in maintenance planning, budgeting, and asset management.
6. Possesses excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
7. Has strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
8. Is proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS experience is an advantage).
9. Has good English communication skills.
10. Holds an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) certification (preferred).
