Job description for Head of KITAS Admin at Kosong Satu Group

Now, we are looking for Head of KITAS Admin to join our team. As Head of KITAS Admin, you will be the core engine behind our smooth immigration operations, ensuring our clients’ applications move seamlessly from submission to approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team's daily workflows, monitoring the end-to-end progress of all applications to guarantee seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Oversee and handle foreign worker employment and stay permit applications (RPTKA, Notifications, eVisas, KITAS/KITAP).
- Seamlessly process applications through government portals like TKA Online, Visa Online, Silaporlagi, and relevant Manpower systems.
- Manage client inquiries with top-tier communication, and coordinate directly with the Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, and BKPM to ensure swift processing.
- Prepare essential documentation (STM, SKTT, Existence Reports) and maintain flawless client records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Indonesian immigration administrative processes.
- Familiarity or direct hands-on experience with the Molina, OSS system.
- Deep and up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian regulations framework, with specific expertise in Immigration laws, corporate establishment (PMA/PMDN), and expatriate employment regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sharp organizational skills (missing deadlines isn't an option for a Legend!).
- A collaborative mindset and great communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
