Job Responsibilities:
1. Acted as the hr consultant and partner of the head of the business department, provided hr support for the development of the organization, conducted regular organizational inventory, and provided effective solutions for the business department in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations and other aspects and implemented them;
2. Actively contact and communicate effectively with the management, front-line supervisors and employees of the business unit in various forms to ensure the effective transmission of information among different levels;
3. Conducted employee interviews, grasped employee dynamics and personal needs, and assisted the department to carry out employee care activities and training;
4. Promoted company-level reform within the business department, and was responsible for improving the hr system, process and system of the business department; Improve the efficiency of human resource operation;
5. Have insight into the business, quickly learn and promote the development of the business team, assist the department to optimize the internal organizational structure, improve team cohesion, and improve the stability of core employees.
6. Inheriting company culture, carrying forward values, building communication channels to ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization;
Job standards:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience in hr, with rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relations/organizational development, etc. Multinational company or HRBP experience is preferred;
2. Good business understanding and insight, able to form a deep understanding from the perspective of external market and internal business, and carry out HR work planning and corresponding schemes;
3. Be sensitive to people and organization, be able to diagnose organization and personnel, and develop effective solutions for problems and promote implementation;
4. Affinity; Diagnose and design from the perspective of organizational culture and team building to promote the improvement of organizational energy;
5. Excellent communication, coordination and relationship building skills, able to work in a multi-task and multi-role environment;
6. Strong self-motivation, quick adaptability, learning ability and pressure tolerance.
