Job description for Head of Finance at TEAMUP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Finance, Accounting & Tax function across TEAMUP Holding and its subsidiaries, covering multiple business lines within an integrated and interconnected business ecosystem,
- Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management across the Group.
- Consolidate and analyze financial performance across TEAMUP Holding and its subsidiaries, providing clear financial insights to support management decision-making.
- Provide meaningful financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support business, investment, and strategic decision-making across the Group.
- Establish and strengthen Finance, Accounting & Tax policies, SOPs, internal controls, and governance across TEAMUP Holding and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and statutory obligations across all entities within the Group.
- Lead tax planning and tax risk management to ensure compliance, tax efficiency, and mitigation of tax exposure across the Group.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, project and business-line profitability, financial risks, and overall financial health of the Group.
- Work closely with Business Unit Heads and Management to evaluate business performance, risks, opportunities, investment decisions, synergies, and financial impact across the ecosystem.
- Develop and improve integrated financial systems and processes that are scalable, standardized, and capable of supporting the growth and interconnected operations of TEAMUP Holding and its subsidiaries.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax team across the Holding and subsidiaries, including strengthening capabilities, performance, collaboration, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted strategic finance partner to the Board and Management, providing financial, accounting, tax, risk, and business insights to support sustainable growth and strengthen the overall business ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–7 years experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Background in Creative Agency, Media, Advertising, Event, Production, or project-based business is highly preferred
- Experienced in handling multiple entities, business units, or projects
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Cash Flow, AR/AP & Financial Reporting
- Familiar with Finance SOP, internal control, and tax compliance
- Able to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
